No flash or any lighting anywhere near when the picture was taken. The more I look the more dumb it seems that they light up the ground

There are so many things we do to our trucks that nobody ever notice or care about.

I'd be willing to bet that anyone that doesn't own an Escalade/Yukon/Tahoe couldn't tell the difference between an escalade rack to a stock non denali rack if they were side by side :(

I'd be willing to bed that anyone that doesn't own an Escalade/Yukon/Tahoe couldn't tell the difference between an escalade rack to a stock non denali rack if they were side by side :(

X2 Point well made. This is the reason why I don't believe in doing a ton of Escalade upgrades.

People who own anything less will always be upstaged by one.

I think it is better to preserve the original trucks personality.

That is why it is better to get a Escalade if you really and truly want one, I never did, I just wanted all the LED's off of one........

and the power running boards.:party28:

I still do them for my personal pleasure though :) and I know most people on here appreciate them! I out to make the drive from Canada if there was ever a big meet.

What's next on your suburban to do list GIB?

Exactly. Who cares if other people like it. It's all about what floats YOUR boat. For example, there are aspects of the escalade I like, such as the rack, but I didn't want the 6.2, and AWD. It's nice to be able to mod our vehicles to each of our own tastes!

Oh yes. ^^^^

I agree, you guys are preaching to the choir......This is a Build thread..... remember friends? :ehcapt:

Okay so update.........

The LEDs pretty much look EXACTLY like David's picture.

The only positive I can see is the Large Heatsink the VLEDs have.

They are brighter than I was hoping for, I certainly would NOT want them ANY brighter at all.

Now that I have them I can;t see my self going back to dingy yellow........ever again.

I will post my own tomorrow, as today was crazy at work.

I am sorry for not being able to.

I am really digging the look.:mexsmoke:

They look like 98% like this in real life.

Oops!! Hehe.
Well at least I'm considered a friend!

Yours were from vled?

I wonder if I could tape off part of the lenses to keep the light on the plate and off the ground.

You better have pics by the time I wake up!

^^Nice Lee!

Regarding your LED's do you think not having heat sinks on the lower powered bulbs will be fine?

I have non-heat sink LED's on the exterior of my avalanche and escalade so that's 12 total for both vehicles and so far only one of them has gone out since I got them installed.

Looks GREAT Lee!!
