2010 fog lights

Hello, I wanted to change my light bulbs in my fog lights and I was trying to remove the factory bulbs. How do they come out. Do they twist or do you need to pry thet two tabs open to remove it? I didnt want to break them. I also see 3 black tabs holding the light in are they for adjustment.
