SOLVED!! So for anyone who doesn't have a fuel pump relay or Fuze check Fuzes 21 and 56 if those are good it could be your fuel pump control module or fuel pump. I changed my fuel pump which needed to be replaced anyway because it was leaking. And I changed my no 21 Fuze that was corroded and it started right up. Thanks everyone for your help.
