Change of plans again... the 2011 LTZ's sellers are just too slow at getting back to me. It's a 4hr drive to their location and I haven't even seen it yet. We're down to one vehicle now and need something ASAP.

Started thinking a little differently as well, if I go with something newer with less km... I end up with lot's of warranty, higher resale in a few years time, less maintenance and an overall more reliable vehicle.

Leads me to this beauty:

2013 Tahoe LT fully loaded luxury package with 26000km ( 16000miles )

The only thing it's missing is A/C seats, NAV, camera and the air ride, which isn't a biggy to us.

A/C seats would be nice, but it's hard to find a used LTZ for sale around here.

I'll probably add a factory looking headunit like a Rosen or Advent and install a back up cam anyways.

It's from a dealership and originally a U.S rental vehicle from Denver, CO.

It'll still have full GM warranty until end of 2016 or 60000km, so it's practically a new vehicle for over $20,000 less than MSRP.

I put a deposit on it, hopefully its ours early this week.

Looks very nice, what did you pay?

Well, I'm located in Alberta Canada so I'm not sure how that'll compare to prices in your areas. There's too much money here and it drives the price of everything up...

A new 2014 built to the same spec, 4x4 fully loaded LT has an MSRP of $70,500.

This dealer was asking $46,900, which was already pretty competitively priced. After some long solid negotiations and going back and forth... The best I could get was $43,800. They also threw in a handful of free oil changes, haha.

In comparison, there's loaded 2013's listed anywhere from 48-52,000 so I think I got a pretty good deal. We even have a family friend that works at the local GM dealership, they have a 2013 with the same mileage, but it's a "soft load", pretty much just sunroof and leather listed for $49,500 and the best they can do is $47,800.

Using Canadian Black Book, similar to KBB... Trade in is listed at $44,000 in good condition and they list average selling price at $48,000 for similar mileage in my region. I'm pretty convinced I'm not getting hosed, haha.

This thing is absolutely mint condition too, you can literately eat off of the carpet and there isn't one rock chip to be seen. I'll find out for sure on Monday if it's concrete or not.
