Yup^^^this.... had a 86 or 87 k5 blazer with a salvage title..truck was from jersey and ny was a pia to swap titles...got it done tho... drove it for a few years, sold it and tranny stb on the guy....oh well... such is life

You best believe that when it comes to a salvage title, inspectors are going to go over the entire truck with a fine comb. Especially when it comes to a vechile what was totaled and is trying to be put back onto the road.

Are them Georgia boys so concerned as the Jersey Yankees about putting a wrecked car back on the road? I think not.

If you take the time to do it right, you have nothing to worry about. I intend on putting it all back together as it was. Not cutting corners. I have been through this process before.

From the looks of the damage pics, I'd actually encourage the inspectors to do their finest inspectoring.

So I was able to get a few parts on this evening. Fender. Bumper cover. Headlights and one fog light. They sent some 2 right dogs instead of one per side. Still missing a few small pieces, but once I get everything, I will alight the hood and button everything up. Here are a few pics...
