Team, Readers, PPV and SSV Owners and Good People of the Internet:
I'm experiencing two issues with my 2011 4WD Chevy Tahoe SSV: the Service Trailer Brake code (C114) and the Passenger Presence Fault code (B0081). I've already checked the wires underneath the passenger seat, and I've disconnected the batteries and reseated all the cables for the passenger seat during my recent center console installation .
I'm wondering if the cables for the Trailer System and the Passenger Presence System might intersect somewhere, potentially damaged during the removal of the K-9 cage. I'm open to the possibility that these two issues are separate, and I've already checked the fuses for the trailer system too.
I plan to inspect the trailer wiring tomorrow and have ordered a trailer Brake Relay Assembly as a precaution. Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated. I hope everyone is doing well.
