**another update** amp trigger wire re-attached, now as soon as its powered on a LOUD buzzing plays over the rear speakers. Spoke to support again and they're sending me another radio. Swapped back to the factory radio and all works (so its not the wiring or amp). This is frustrating... I might end up with a name brand Pioneer, etc
if you look at Crutchfield.com, they show there are adapter kits for vehicle with the Bose audio systems. you can go to their site and buy just the adapter kit if you need to.

I am not a fan of those generic after market andoid radios. I installed a version of this Sony unit in my parent's 4Runner and will probably put this in my Tahoe

Good luck on your project, hope the new unit fixes it.
New unit was exactly the same, can only get a tiny amount of sound from rear speakers and if the amp trigger wire is spliced together it buzzes LOUD the entire time it's powered on.

You should be happy with your crutchfield unit, did you take advantage of their ready-wire service by chance? It was worth the $25 to save me a bunch of splicing and soldering.

Have you looked into Atoto? Know of a couple people that have them, and love them.

I am looking at getting the Atoto S8 Ultra myself.

I think I will, I've had good luck with Crutchfield in the past. I did have them build the harness for me, $25 is well worth it. I will have to cut 1 wire though to ground out the parking brake trigger wire.

Initially yes, but the lack of volume knob was the dealbreaker

Crutchfield "Dual" branded unit in. Its very basic, which is exactly what I wanted. Basically its an AM/FM radio, reverse cam and vehicle to use Android Auto (wireless). Works perfect.
I also rewired both front power plugs with relays to be ignition switched (changed out the drivers side one for a QC/PD flush USB port) and added aforementioned camera. All in all, very happy, sounds great.
