2011 Tahoe Frt Lower Air Deflector/Valance

I need to replace mine but little confused on ordering one as some are listed as "PRIMED", I was under the assumption they are raw plastic and naturally black in color ???????? Can someone enlighten me before I order one, Thanks

Just looked it up and you’re right they do say primed... few i looked at were all in the $25-45 range. They are raw plastic....not sure why they say primed, some moron copied and pasted wrong info
