Give greg at CPS audio video a call at (707) 588-9300, I bought mine from him for 1500.00 and it included the gps antenna, adaptor harness, ect. I also got the video harness to run my aftermarket head rest monitors for an additional 50.00. He programs it all for you so it is plug and play with his adaptors.

Here ya go, a mere $2500 for you (when they get it back in stock): http://gm-navigation.com/latest-denso-hard-disk-drive-navigation-system.html

Hopefully for that price they include the updated harness and adaptor cause the backs of the two radios are completely different. http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=437076&postcount=6

If one is going to go through the trouble of swapping nav systems there are a lot of better ones out there for much much cheaper. :Handshake:

Looks like it is plug and play Serge. GM has also told me it is as well. If you read further down that link you sent, you'll see another link where the unit is in fact compatible.

Any aftermarket recommendations that will keep all the functionality?

have you thought about the Advent OGM1 unit? It's kinda pricey (still cheaper than going stock) but has a lot of features and you loose very little functionality from the stock unit. I just installed one in my 08 Denali a week or so ago and have been pretty impressed with it. I hated the stock Nav the truck came with.

I also looked at the Kenwood 6990 but decided I wanted to keep the stock look instead. I have some pics in my photo album you can look at but here is side by side view of the stock and advent unit I did while I was installing.

What brand did you buy from CPS AV?

The main functionality that I use is:

XM
DVD (simultaneously with XM)
Rear 3.5mm jacks
Bluetooth voice calls
Rear dual screens
USB charging for iPhone
and
I want to have bluetooth audio and cheaper Nav updates
