2012 RSE wiring diagram

I'm trying to wire the video feeds for the 2nd and 3rd row screens together and I cannot find a wiring diagram for that anywhere. Does anyone have a copy of that?

So if I tie the positive video wires together and the negative video wires together, I can patch the 2nd and 3rd row screens together?
