2013 GMC Yukon Denali - Liftgate opens by itself..

This thing is possessed.. Come out in the morning and the lift gate is wide open.. Come out from eating at a restaurant it's wide open.. It seems to happen about every 6-8 hours..

Has anyone had this problem? Im thinking a short of some kind, but the thing only has 18K miles on it..

I would look into the exterior touch pad switch on the lift-gate or the wiring at the top of the lift-gate. I have seen problems with both.

The problem may be caused by the rubberized exterior switch.
