No worries, I should have been more clear. Quoting previously quoted messages was bound to trip me up.

I'm just wondering if I need to buy hose, and if yes, what size/how much?

And most importantly, where do I tie the two hose-ends into the existing PVC system?

You take the OVC tube out of the valve cover and where it connects to the back of the intake manifold, then depending on where you mount the can you can determine where you cut your PVC tube to attach the hose going to and from the catch can. Most videos don't even show clamps to hold the hose on the PVC tube . I had clamps already so I put them on. Your can kit directions should tell you what size hose you need. My kit did not come with any hose. I also used zip ties to keep the hoses out of the way. I posted some pictures of my install.
