2013 PPV questions

From what I understand that is the only way to do it. Put the kit hasn’t been available for a long time.

I have to admit that I did it in 2017 so the kit was still available. In fact I bought it off Ebay and saved over $50 over my cost from the dealership. I was not thinking about it being Obsolete and No Longer Available.
