After the vehicle warms up for about 2-3 minutes I hear this strange ticking sound, it can’t tell if it’s coming from the engine or transmission as its hard to pinpoint where exactly it’s coming from, wondering if anyone knows what this could possibly be, made a YouTube video since it won’t let me upload videos on here.

Yes, I do. Lifter or exhaust manifold leak. Time to do some searching here. There are approximately 1 billion good threads here on both.

Year, engine, mileage would help.

Manifolds were replaced about 4 months ago, 2013 SLT with 210 on the clock

That's a good lead. Have you checked the torque on the manifold bolts? Was an OEM-style steel gasket used, such as a Mahle or ACDelco? Since the manifolds were touched so recently and the sound I'm hearing in your video is less sharp than what I normally see with a lifter failure, I suspect that you'll find your tick is a leak between the manifold and the cylinder head at one cylinder. It's super common on these engines and the sound is almost indistinguishable from a lifter tick.

15 n on first pass and I believe on the last it was 25, they asked if I wanted to use all oem parts down the gaskets and I said yes, they actually had to redo them after a month of being on since a week after having them on the bolts started coming loose, I know the first thing that came to my mind was lifters but after hearing the videos of how it sounds compared to this it’s a lot different, I was told by a buddy it could also possibly be a tensioner?
