Found a set of relays connected to wires from the bcm and I’m wondering what they are for or if anybody is familiar with it. Also can’t seem to find wiring diagram so I can install the 5706v viper alarm.

Those relays/wires aren't going to be familiar to anyone, unfortunately. I imagine the output wires for each relay will no longer be physically connected to anything on the other end of the wire. But you can test for switched/adequate voltage, and use them for something else down the road if you wanted (additional lighting, accessories, etc).

and those cat wire's can be just pulled out they are not vehicle system wires (the non-stranded wires in the grey shielding)
