I currently drive a 2007, looking at 240,000 miles and I was curious if anyone owned a 2015-2020 to a new 2021+ model. Was it worth the move? Granted the 2021+ are more expensive, and I know that some features might be missing due to a chip shortage.

I am just considering my next vehicle and wondering if people thought it was worth the extra $$.

I had a 2018 Tahoe LT and we now have a 2021 Premier and love it. Bigger, ride is smoother, big sunroof, we like the rear media mostly. Did good on resale of 2018 and got GMS on 2021

Thanks for the input...

One thing I notice from my 2007 and the 2015-2020 is the rear area looks like there is a compartment behind the back seats. It raises up the rear floor about 4", is that also in the 2021+?

There is floor storage on the 21+. but it doesn't look like an added in riser, it is just itegrated into the floor. The Independent Rear Suspension in the 21+ gives a much lower load floor than the outgoing and even the 2007-2014 models. Net, compartment is there, but it is recessed in the load floor, not rising above it.
