2015 Chevy Tahoe PPV Fobs

The piece of a key fob that came with it is nonfunctional and I’m not sure it’s even for this vehicle.
It’s a four button fob
Lock, unlock, rear door unlock and emergency button.
No markings on this case at all and apparently the numbers on the inside board don’t mean anything.
Can anyone direct me to the correct fob to buy?

call any gm dealer parts department and give them the last 8 of your vin and they can provide the correct part number. some are douches and won't tell you the part number, if you run into this just hang up and call another, ANY gm dealer can do this chevy, gmc, cadillac, etc, etc
