2015 Tahoe LTZ Running Board “LED” stopped working.

The “led” of my retractable running board on driver side stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I checked the connections it is fine as well as the surface, no cracks or damaged. The running boards itself still works, on both sides. Just the LED on the driver that not lighting up... if anyone experienced or have any information, please let me know. Thank you so much. Here are couple pictures i took.

Hmmm... The exploded parts view shows it as a separate piece. I’ll look tomorrow and see if it can be ordered separately.

Can you see if there has been any water intrusion?

Yeah, I should’ve clean the dirt off before taking the pictures. It was clean when I inspected that morning, didnt really see much out of ordinary.

I will take a closer look soon, just wondering if they have part to be replace. Hopefully not the whole running board assembly.
