2015 Yukon Center Console

Does anyone know how to remove that plastic piece on the sidewall of the 2015 GMC yukon center console? I want to mount something on the sidewall there and the plastic part is in the way.

Not sure on the removal of the wall but anyone that is interested in a 'top tray' for their console this tray fits PERFECT and is cheap!! Looked for one forever and stumbled across this...
