Ok so how are you guys doing with the opt7 kits? My wife said enough is enough with the **** show oem headlights.

Anyone still running the kbcarstuff HD hid kit?

These are the two I have narrowed it down to. I just hate the inconsistent reliability I consistently read on hid kits. Why don't they just WORK? It's hard to find quality stuff these days I guess. It's just frustrating.

My hid extreme kit from kbcarstuff died. Warrantied a bulb and it worked for a few weeks and then died again. Turns out to be the ballast. I'm done paying $20 shipping for warranty replacements. I'm going to order from ddm tuning in the spring. I ran their kids for years in my other vehicles with no issues.

I installed OPT7 Boltzen series along with Morimoto HD relay harness 4 months age and very satisfied with the results. just make sure to get a high quality relay harness with any HID kit you install.

See guys, this is what I mean. A report of zero issues in a year. And that should be impressive? Then another report of the same system is garbage......How is a guy supposed to make a purchase with any sort of confidence in what he's buying?

I sold my 15 Yukon and never got my kit to work so it's for sale if anyone wants a stab at it. TRS Silverado spec HID kit for 15+ Yukon. I tried and could never get it to work in my Yukon before I sold it even though every part has been verified to work.

I had two TRS kits prior that worked great. Maybe I messed up the install but I'm pretty sure I did it right...
