I just went through the fuel injector, lifter, pushrod replacement and thankfully it was covered under the extended warranty. I will have the AFM delete done before that warranty expires because there are still many documented failures with the AFM disabled. I'm also planning to remove the transmission thermostat in the very near future. I've also experienced the other things as you have with condenser and MRC shocks.

I have 162k on my Denali and I plan on keeping it till it drops. I did the catch can and I have HPTuners so I did the software AFM delete. FYI, I think I actually get better mileage, I'm getting 22.5 doing just over 80 on the highway. Run the Amsoil trans fluid, it makes a huge difference, you will think you have a new trans. I run Amsoil in everything and I only change my oil every 10k. I used to be a certified master mechanic and more than a little **** about my vehicles.
