Well, I have 42,000 on my 2009 Tahoe LTZ 6.2L with no problems whatsoever and I drive it fairly aggressively..

My engine is different in that it is the L9H and does not have cylinder deactivation. I do not tow at all with either of my Tahoe's as I have a pickup set up for towing up to 10,000 lbs..

All stock with a Nelson Performance Tune, Custom Exhaust and Air Raid MIT..Oh yeah and the Hotchkis Sway Bars. I just ordered the Wilwood Big Brake Kit F&R for it to go with the new Goodyear Eagle V rated tires.. That is all I have planned for it as I want the dependability and I only drive it on weekends and trips as it is so comfy and runs so well..especially in the corners for a truck...

I would really not take a replacement engine with only 3200 miles.. I would really fight for a new truck.. but that is just me..

Good Luck,
