2016 key fob replacement w/key ignition not push button

Just got a used 2016 Tahoe with the Key ignition, not the push button.

We only received 1 key and 1 Fob. Is there any way to buy an “Amazon” blank key and new fob and do it yourself program of new fob? Obviously the key will have to be cut. The instructions for push button seems simple but can’t find any info on keyed ignition Fob programming.

A locksmith can get you a new key and program it for 1/2 the price the dealer will charge you.

Have you looked in the owners manual and if you don’t have one it is online.

Got the same issue with a 19’ Yukon. Key is 75 and a new fob 120 at locksmiths.
