First post on the forum, so here goes...

I have a 2016 Tahoe LTZ, 6200 miles, I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Additionally, I noticed an issue with both front seats on the seat portion rather the back support. It appears that the heating element is separating from the padding and the leather more notably in the area in between the area where the legs rest. The dealership stated they needed to order new heating elements for both seats, which took a few days, they then replaced the elements and it didn't change the separation issue as was originally noticed. They also scratched and destroyed the plastic covers for the passenger side B pillar. I was notified of the damage to my vehicle and they informed me it would take a week to get the B pillar replacement parts. (Frustration).

Finally, I get my vehicle back, seats aren't fixed, the alert system in the drivers side seat is now changed and not as noticeable as before, and the 3rd row power seats won't fold down!!!!!!! We had family in town for my sons graduation and needed the area to put some luggage in. (PISSED)

I took the vehicle back in, it's now with the same dealer that "fixed" it before.....thus far they have had my vehicle going on 15 days! Yes, I'm in a loaner-not an LTZ Tahoe. After they opened up my Tahoe they called and told me they cannot diagnose the issue without pulling the seats completely out and doing so would damage the part that controls the seats being folded down and up. The kicker....they have to get permission from Chevy to do so....(ANGER).....apparently the part costs a couple thousand dollars to replace and need to get approval under a warranty issue vs the dealer eating that cost. The issue was going to have to go up to GM due to the fact that management from the dealership was at a golf tournament-feel free to laugh here~I sure as hell did.

Many may ask, why not take it to another dealer....I live in a smaller town, one dealership....

Has anyone else had to deal with a dealership, or seat issues on a 16 LTZ? Or did I purchase the chosen one?

Help!

i started a thread about my forward collision system not working. brand new truck and dealer had it for 2 days. They calibrated camera and the LKA (lane assist) seems to work but the FCA still doesn't work. I hear from other threads that the cameras may be bad and GM doesn't have a fix?
