BDjs, There is a new GM fluid that addresses the issues you are having. Make sure they used the new fluid. I don't have a part number but the Dealer should know. I don't think it is used for regular fluid change but used when you complain about tranny issues.

If you're going to DIY, do you use AC Delco Dex VI or one of the other brands like Valvoline, etc?
