2017 Tahoe PPV horn rewiring

I just got 2017 Tahoe police PPV. i am handling all the wiring things but the only problem is the Horn. i couldnt find the way to route it back to the original one instead of the sarin. all the post talking about earlier models and all the wires they referring to cannot be found. i cannot get it pass the inspection without the horn. please help..

Two tiny 22guage wires, brown with white stripe, wrapped in black tape, and may be bundled in with a large group of wires between the front seats, under the carpet behind the floor transmission tunnel. Find them, strip some insulation and twist them together, tape them up, and you should have a horn. I did.

To be honest, with mine, I could not rewire the horn. I added a new relayed dual horn system and put my switch on the ledge below the ignition. On the panel below the steering wheel. The switch even has an image of a horn on it and I like where it is, but if you figure it out please let us know!

1 wire from the bcm to the horn (relay) fixes it, horn is normally grounded, all you have to do is apply power.
circuit is normally open, pressing the horn button in the steering closes the circuit = horn activation.
the wire is probably cut between the bcm and relay
