2017 Yukon Denali 4wd 6.2 liter GAS air filter box screw

Where Do I find one of these? It has an 8mm hex head, and has a phillips slot. I will take some pictures later, but I am at work right now.

went to our local true value hardware store, and got some quarter inch diameter leg screws of about the same length. They cinch down perfectly.
