Does anyone if the 2017 Yukon will have the Surround Vision Camera System (Birds Eye View)? Since the 2016 Cadillac Escalade already has this option I an under the assumption it will trickle down to the Yukon Denali in the 2017 model.

I was contemplating buying a 2016 Yukon Denali and retro-fitting due the the nice discounts; but I was advised that retro-fitting the Surround Vision Cameras is not something you want to do. Therefore, I was hoping to simply order a 2017.

You ever actually seen one in action? I for one can't stand them, they are useless confusing to me. I don't trust them.

Kinda agree. My wife has the 360 camera on her Infiniti QX50 and it's ok once you get used to it. But I still prefer just a plain backup camera.

I still use mirrors to back up, my wife lives by the cameras.

Honestly they're awesome when I was backing my jetski trailer down a 350 ft driveway with some swings and cobble stones on the edges, I was able to see exactly where the nose and front wheels were when swinging the trailer (ie no curbi issues) It has its place, but I don't rely on them by themselves, just an 'aid'

I can attest to the shottiness of the 360... reduced resolution on both now--and inaccurate positioning of the top down view. I wish they would've just left it alone and saved the mirrors. Those are my only complaints thus far.

Looking at the 2017 fleet order guide this is not something being added for Yukon
