I have a 2018 Chevy Tahoe LT with a rebuilt transmission. It has 152K miles on it. The transmission has been going through torque converters like a knife through butter. After the local Mr. Transmission shop fixed it for the 3rd time they drove it with a scanner hooked up to it while driving. They stated it shows the transfer case is trying to go from 2WD to 4WD while moving. Everything is under warranty, since they tried fixing it the first time. They told me to drive it and if it did it again bring it back. They were honestly helping because my truck decided to go wonky at the same time and I had to get a rental for a couple weeks. Once my truck is back on the road, supposed to be this week, I will return the Tahoe for another repair. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what are some solutions? i will pass it along to Mr. Transmission but I am really starting to wonder if they have a clue what they are doing. I am not wanting to be critical but this is getting old. Thanks in advance for any help.
