So my compressor just failed on my 2018 Tahoe with the Z85 package. I now get service leveling system. I assume since I have just over 100k on my Tahoe I'm going to need to replace the struts beside the compressor.

I'm also looking to do the front and could use suggestions for a slightly increased ride height. Not looking to go crazy or anything.

Struts are generally good for about 100k miles, so you are about due. I recommend staying with OEM equipment for strut replacement, but other folks in this Forum are happy with aftermarket equipment. If you want a slight lift in the front, you can purchase 1" spacers which will be installed on the bottom of the strut.
