2018 Ppv instrument panel harness replacement

I recently purchased a 2018 ppv for the wife and it did not come with a jump seat. I purchased a full center console for an 18 Tahoe from a junk yard without doing enough research thinking it was an easy conversion with one of the plug and play harnesses like offered for the Silverado you see all over Amazon. I understand I could just install the console and get a usb and 12v socket to function easily, but to get it to fully function would require the complete replacement of the IP harness. I’m a very experienced heavy equipment mechanic and have done complete harnesses in semis and pieces of equipment plenty of times so the job doesn’t scare me. Does anyone know if it’s that easy ? Just switch out harnesses from a Tahoe that was originally equipped with the center console?A little more insight would be great before purchasing another harness and committing.
