Welcome! As others have said, nice color!!

Unless it's running rough, I'd not worry about a tune up. We did plugs/wires/filters on our '10 Tahoe PPV, just because it was at ~100K miles, and it made zero noticeable change in the way the truck ran. Our '18 Tahoe PPV developed a miss, and since it was at ~98K miles, I threw plugs and wires on it, which fixed the miss issue. It's the first vehicle I've ever had that plugs/wires actually did anything. So, YMMV.

Upgraded radio and PPV lower dash. Interesting. Is it key or pushbutton start?

Key!! Thankfully. Not saying push button is a deal breaker but.. it’s kind of a deal breaker. I specifically looked for a Tahoe with keys. I didn’t know PPV of this era had push button option.

I don't know if they are either, hence my question. I've never seen one with the radio head unit you have either.
