2018 Smell from AC vents

Update: changed cabin filter (old one was very dirty, much to my surprise) - - - musty smell has gone away, and condensate is again dripping on the ground. Previously, no condensation was dripping during AC use.

you must drive thru some muck on the regular, if your filter was gunked up at 1 year.

i chg'd my filter at year 3 & it wasnt bad... save for a handful of partial leafs.

Totally agree. How it got that dirty in one year is beyond me. It was just a regular gray dirt coating. And, I bought the STP brand of replacement which was of low quality just to hold me over. Then bought the real factory deal to do the job right. The STP was a poor fit. I swear, no Tahoe is babied like I baby mine, and still - - all plugged up.
