I had Wilwood brakes installed on my 2018 Denali at ~72000 miles. By 79000 miles I was getting bad pulsations when braking. Worse at highway speeds but still very detectable at lower speeds. I had the front rotors turned and trued up by my local mechanic which helped for a couple thousand miles, but pulsation came back just as bad. So I returned to the shop that installed the Wilwood brakes for me. They decided to replace the front rotors with new ones from Wilwood. Sadly these rotors are pulsating just as bad as I left the shop. There are no reports from either shop about bad bearings or other front end issues.
Can anyone help with ideas or point me in a direction? I am 71 and been working on my own cars my whole life. I have never had a problem like this and am stumped.
The Yukon has about 84000 miles now.
I have swapped in a factory LT4 engine, installed long tube headers and swapped in a supercharger from an LT5 to up the power. And had Wilwood brake system installed.
