Wonder how much more it's going to cost for a grill/cosmetic 10 speed change???

Not too keen on the new grille. It's officially a cheese grater i guess. Kinda looks too aftermarket-y to me.

Maybe with the "cheese grater" 2017's will be discounted enough for me to afford one..

I'm not in love with the grille on mine nor the new one...I think I'd have to see it in person though.

not feeling the grille at all...just go look at a 2018 Terrain denali in person...it's the same identical pattern. Definitely too aftermarket looking and cheaper like appearance, IMO.

The grill was probably the last high quality [looking] piece on the 2015+ SUVs (stainless/metal looking). This 2018 grill looks like fake chrome plastic. Fits GM well, but it doesn't look well. Oh well, another thing that has to grow on us I guess.

Aside from the RST package, I wonder what, if anything, GM is doing with the Suburban and Tahoe?

It doesn't sound like anything more is expected besides the RST appearance package, adding the performance brakes, adding the 6.2L engine, and the 10 speed transmission. Overall, I'd say that is a pretty good update after 3-4 years of being available. I don't know why people are expecting such major changes in the middle of a this body styles life cycle. Just because a new Expedition and Navigator are debuting, people seem to think GM needs to do an entire overhaul of their large SUV line...
