2019 grill chrome spot corrosion

Posted this previously in the wrong forum. Sorry.

Anyone seen this before? Washing the Tahoe (2019) and noticed the smaller plastic chromed grill bars are starting to pit and corrode. 2 1/2 years old and 16k miles, garaged. The pieces just snap in. The basic grill looks fine, must be better stuff. Couple pictures, not real bad yet but sure won't get any better. But I'm wondering if the individual pieces can be bought without replacing the whole grill? .View attachment 360986View attachment 360987

Never been in snow but we've been running around Florida and lots of salty air. I do keep it clean as possible even so.
