2021 RST vs. Z71 Ride Quality

Hey gwade, which Tahoe did you go with? I have been wondering the same thing, is the RST ride quality worse than the z71 (assuming z71 has the air suspension and both have magnetic ride control).

Still haven't gotten one. My wife likes to, you know, actually see and drive stuff before making a purchase, and frankly you can't find anything to see on lots (Expedition, Navigator, Tahoe, Yukon) around here. I suspect we'll have a new president before we decide on anything. I'm taking a fancy to the new Lexus LX600...but then again, I'll be glad to wait until they stop selling crap at MSRP plus anything.

Its a lot like buying houses these days. Listed at top dollar and you have to pay above that, and your lucky if you have enough time to even walk through it or get it inspected!!!

The ride in myZ71 with magnetic and air rivals my friends S class Mercedes . It is that smooth. I test drove ( it was preowned with 4K miles, the same Z but with 5.3 and Base Premium Ride suspension) and I would say it was really very good. not as good as the other though. If I had not compared them Ibelieve I would be happy with base , but would have missed the fun of raising and lowering.
