Probably a silly question but the ability to save favorite songs (songs, not the radio stations) within XM does not appear to be doable in the Infotainment 3 system. My previous 2016 Tahoe had this option in the my link system. Not a big deal as this is more of a personal convenience. Nothing like saving classics like Stairway to Heaven or Baba O’Riley and when they may play on another XM station having the choice to switch or not in real time. in my case, I change stations every time!

Any insights from other members would be most helpfull!

Thank you!

I don’t think that’s an option. The inky caching of songs I’ve seen on that unit is where it may buffer a little so you hear the song that’s actively playing from beginning to end, but that only works on some stations.

I think what you’re referring to used an internal hard drive for storage…that’s not something with the 21 model has.

Now that you mention I do seem to recall some limited storage capacity on my 2016 Tahoe. Thank you very much for the information.

There is an XM function to tag your favorite songs and it will notify you when they play on any station, but I believe you have to do it when the song is currently playing. At least thats how I remember it working. I haven't tried on my '21.
