2021 Tahoe Misfire

We have developed a misfire that so far the dealer cannot root cause.

Vehicle: 2021 Tahoe Premier 5.3L 26k miles owned for 2yrs

Problem: after cold start and driving 1/4 mile engine misfires then throws check engine flashing light. I will add that it does not sound like a dropped lifter.

1st time in dealership- 3 days- replaced injectors 1 &6

2nd time in dealership- 5 days-replaced injector 5

3rd time- 2 days- still pending

Any ideas or folks that have had similar issues?

My2021 Tahoe having the same problem. 35,000 miles. Started it up and started to drive. About a 1/4 mile, truck was misfiring. No engine light on.
