The problem has been resolved. There was a foreign substance in the heat sink, so there was a noise. It is said that the interfering line was tied with a cable tie and the silicon was applied again and more. It was a mistake that occurred during the assembly process, so we did it free of charge without receiving any repair costs. Thank you for your interest. Everyone, stay healthy.
