2021 Tahoe temperature actuator

I get only heat coming from the drivers side vents. Passenger and rear work fine for cold AC. I purchased a GM temperature actuator and have it in hand. Can someone give me some guidance as to where I find it at so I can replace this thing? Do I have to remove dash to replace?

Have you found it yet? The actuator? Witch side are you looking to do what code did you get in your BCM?
