Reviving this thread. Has anyone else successfully run 275/65-20 tires with no rubbing (or minimal rubbing)? It’s a 34” tire which is only about a 0.5” increase in radius over stock.
Is anyone able to fit this tire in the spare tire location?

Curious if anybody fit a 275 65 20 on stock wheels? Thanks!
I am trying to figure out too, I need tires on my wife's Yukon AT4 without air suspension, can't get a straight answer

Just installed 275/65/20 with stock wheels and no lift. So far it rides great and no rubbing, the tires are Kanati Trail Hogs. Might get a little rubbing on rough turns but haven’t felt it yet!
That looks great! What tire is that? Do you think a 285/65/20 would fit? Another 1/2 inch taller than 275/65/20 (34.1" vs 34.6")

Yes I’ve got Landspider WildTrax 275/65R20’s much better off-road and fill the wheel well much better. I have stock suspension and only slight rubbing at full lock over bumps. Never heard it only see after.
Would a 285/65/20 fit you think? 275/65/20 is 34.1", I am wondering if 275/65/20 is the tallest possible on a stock AT4 Yukon without air suspension or if a 285/65/20 (34.6") tall will work with stock height and stock wheels.

Since you are keeping the stock wheels it makes things a little easier…especially when you are not going with wide tires. Turn the wheels through the range of motion and evaluate how much room you have before rubbing the liners/fenders etc…there will be a few areas where it hets tight, which is where you have to look out for. Simply see how much room you have and go from there.

While most 275/65 R20's will have an overall diameter of 34.1, with these Kanati trail hogs, I believe the diameter is at 34.3 supposedly without rubbing.

Has anyone been able to fit Toyo M/T's in the 275/65 R20 at stock height, with no lift and rubbing or trimming? Their overall diameter is actually at 34.5 due to deeper tread depth. A trivial 0.3" difference yes I know but wonder if this will prevent me from going with Toyo's on my Suburban Z71.
