Very nice!!! Am seriously looking but haven't seen new colors yet(Cayenne Red)-disappointed that 20" chrome wheels not available anymore. Have a 19 Denali with 6300 miles on it and should probably keep it but when you get that bug……….

Congrats.

What interior color is that? I'm hoping it's the dark atmosphere grey, looks great.

I have one on order as well. Mine is in the second allocation and still does not have a build date (after 4 weeks now after acceptance). I hate captains chairs and ordered a second row bench, plus it allowed me to eliminate those huge screens on the back seats and save about 2k.

Fyi, I did find a dealer that would accept the GM Supplier discount here in Dallas.

I'm also getting calls from other dealers getting new ones in every week now. All are high spec this allocation run as you can imagine and will be 90% high end next run.

Very nice. I couldn't wait for the 2021 Tahoe here in Canada as they are not scheduled to land at the dealers until next month or September. So I just pulled the trigger on a 2020 RST instead. Plus they were pretty much giving them away as it was a super good deal that I couldn't refuse it. but I love the fact the leg room on the third row seats are larger and the space behind the third row has increased by 66% on the 2021's! Just curious how it will pull with the new IRS.

I actually read that insurance is higher on all of these new vehicles with telematics. The sensors in the bumpers make a minor, common, low speed bump be thousands more to repair. Ultimately the math works against these safety systems in the eye of insurers.

Any comments on the pushbutton transmission? Would appear to be problematic for downshifting with a trailer. I thought GMC would have finally added paddle shifters, over the steering wheel shift lever + / -.

The new transmission placement is still a bit awkward... I personally like the old school column shifter but the wife loves the more modern look. I would not be convenient at all reaching up to manually shift each gear so I do see it being a pain if ever used. Hopefully tow mode takes all that guess work away. Haven't towed yet however

I'm still getting used to the exterior but the interior is awesome. Doesn't get much better than that even in a car perspective. Love the lit GMC emblem. I wouldn't want to see that in my rearview.

That lit GMC and new LED headlights/foglights going look like nothing else on the road at night... i will say it looks AMAZING! My wife drove behind me on the way back from Houston and looks like some menacing experimental test truck escaped from the lab!

Congrats.

The interior color is called 'Jet Black'. It's however more of an extremely dark dark grey... but not actually jet black as the name would suggest. It does look great tho and was our favorite interior color by far.

Any discounts coming your way from insurance due to safety options on vehicle?

No specific discounts explained to us for the vehicle... It does happen to be the most ins premium I've every paid for a vehicle but it's also the most expensive vehicle I've ever purchased. Maybe I'll shop around sometime this year for a better rate

Opted for a similar color on our 06 Denali. Once cleaned and detailed, that color pops. You had any thoughts to applying a paint protection system?

The dual exhaust looks very sporty. Is the sound throaty at idle and under acceleration. The 3.5" single exhaust from previous years did have a good sound so I would like your opinion on how yours sounds.
