2022 Tahoe - “sorry I didn’t understand”

As of late nearly every time I get in the vehicle after a few minutes, the built-in android system will say “I’m sorry I don’t understand” as if I said “hey Google” to use the built in smart system. Of course I’ve not said “hey Google” nor have I asked anything.

Anyone else getting this?
