Over the last few months, I've noticed that to open the tailgate of my 2022 Tahoe with the button on the outside I have to press it at least 3 times to get it to open. Seems to be independent of whether the truck is locked or unlocked, or if I have the keys on me or not (when it is unlocked of course- I realize it wouldn't open if the truck is locked and I didn't have keys near it.) Anyone else have this problem?

Does the tailgate open with just one click using the FOB and the overhead button at the front inside of the truck?

Can you relate it to how long the vehicle has sat since turning off.
I feel like I have noticed this issue before...and it is almost like the vehicle takes a bit to "boot up" from standby....I am less convinced it requires multiple presses, and more feel like in my case it is a long delay...
I usually open mine w/ the hands free...so is less noticible.

I have definitely noticed this delay when opening the lift glass more frequently.
