2022 Tahoe RST 2nd row captain swap to bench - help needed please!

Hey y’all,
Does anyone know how I can remove this bolt on the second row captains chairs of a 2022 Tahoe? I’m trying to swap my captains chairs with a 60/40 bench.

For anyone who has done a successful swap: Are the holes in the body/frame drilled for both the captains chairs and the bench from the factory?
