GM did not notify me, but my VIN was on the list. You have to call and ask.

Chevrolet Silverado 1500 New
GMC Yukon
GMC Yukon XL
GMC Sierra 1500 New
Certain 2023 model year vehicles listed above, equipped with ENGINE-GAS, 8 CYL, V8, 6.2L, DI, DFM,ALUM, GEN 5 (RPO L87), may have a condition in which the engine lifter bores may be oversized.

Involved vehicles are marked “Open” on the Investigate Vehicle History screen in GM Global Warranty Managementsystem.
Dealers are to replace the engine.

Formatting was all goofy on my post there...

Who do you call to see if your truck is on the list? The dealer, or GMC via the 1-800 number in the bulletin? It looks like the 1-800 number, but I'm not completely clear on it.
