so i'm planning to mount one of our hardshell RTT's on my suburban. i see most crossbar sets except the OEM have a weight limit of 165 for the pair. the OEM's say 220. i've read the OEM has a front and rear bar. are they different height/widths? i was thinking of running 3 or 4 bars and spacing them out close to the length of the 90" RTT.
ideally i'd like the lowest bar possible assuming i can get my hand between them and the roof to tighten the bolts under my tent. i haven't been able to see the various aftermarket ones in person to see which actually grabs onto the roof rail better. has anyone compared them?
they don't need to be wider than OEM as the tent rests on the inner 2/3rds of the bars.
