It's a good point and I had thought about that (the belt, not so much the filter).

Using the numbers from @TollKeeper above, I save $6k over 150k miles (change time for belt) ($0.04 per mile *150k), but I think my savings will be greater than that because my realworld mpg is averaging 27 rather than 22.
Given my driving history, it will be 10-12 years before I hit 150k and I have a very high likelihood of selling this truck before then. Maybe I lose the money on resale in 2033.

You will also likely see the belt replacement change from 150k to 200k. By the time mine needs to be replaced it will be long gone.
