Hi - Our Denali has seen no change in the way the transmission shifts. It has been into dealership over three times for other issues and this one also. Every single time the dealership cannot replicate. Turn single stops working randomly, the headliner filled with water and the trans issue. I've had pictures, video and offered to take tech for ride and no help. They actually put in paperwork that owner does not know how to work turn signal. Yeah....right. Sitting at a light waiting to turn left and signal misses 3-5 beats......wonder what I'm doing wrong?
Contacted GMC and have a ticket open. They told us to stop using dealership and find another which of course is farther away and not convenient. For past 6 months we've been dealing with two sets of grandparents health issues so haven't been able to get back to this. I'll update again once we're able to.
